Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Just contact us quickly via WhatsApp or phone, and we’ll handle it for you.

Once cancelled, your full amount will be refunded. However, orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only in genuine cases:

  • ✔ You received a damaged product
  • ✔ You received the wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos or videos so we can resolve your issue quickly.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused
  • Must be in original packaging
  • All tags and items should be intact

Please wait for our confirmation before sending any product back.

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Used or damaged products after delivery
  • Missing original packaging
  • Bulk or customized orders (unless defective)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will inform you about the status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

If the issue is from our side (damaged or wrong product), we will handle the return shipping.

In other cases, return shipping may need to be arranged by the customer.
