Payment Security
All payments on Kelokart are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.
Your payment details are encrypted and we do not store any sensitive financial information such as card details or OTPs.
Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for selected locations and order values. We may contact you to confirm your order before processing COD orders.

Payment Failure
If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank within
5–7 working days.
If the amount is not refunded within this time, please contact your bank or reach out to us for assistance.
